A Licensed In-Home Daycare

At McCool Early Learners, we offer the best of both worlds—the personal touch of an in-home daycare with the space and structure of a center. While we’re licensed as an in-home provider, we operate out of a dedicated building designed just for child care, giving children plenty of room to play, learn, and grow in a cozy, home-like environment.

I have a degree in early childhood education and personally lead the program with the help of one trusted staff member. Together, we focus on creating a consistent, loving atmosphere where children feel safe, supported, and excited to come each day.

Services

Infant & Toddler Care

(6 Weeks – 3 Years)

We provide a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest learners receive personalized care and attention. Through sensory play, music, and storytelling, infants and toddlers develop motor skills, language, and early social connections in a loving space that feels just like home.

Preschool Care

(3 – 5 Years)

Our play-based preschool curriculum nurtures creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving skills. Through hands-on activities in literacy, math, and the arts, children build a strong foundation for kindergarten readiness. We emphasize social-emotional growth, encourage independence, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

After-School Care

(5 – 10 Years)

Our after-school program provides a fun, supportive space where children can unwind, connect with peers, and explore new interests. We offer homework help, engaging group activities, and plenty of outdoor play, keeping kids active, focused, and safe after the school day ends.

What age groups do you serve?

At McCool Early Learners LLC, we care for children from 6 weeks to 10 years old. Our programs support growth at every stage, with nurturing care for infants (6 weeks to 18 months), skill-building for toddlers (18 months to 3 years), and play-based learning for preschoolers (3 to 5 years). We also offer after-school care for school-age children (5 to 8 years), providing a safe, engaging space beyond school hours. Our mission is to foster every child’s development, helping them grow, learn, and thrive.

What is your curriculum like?

At McCool Early Learners LLC, we use the Lil Dreamers, Dream Big curriculum to inspire creativity, curiosity, and a love of learning in every child. This play-based program is designed to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through hands-on activities. Each month introduces new themes and learning opportunities tailored to the children’s age and developmental stage, covering subjects like literacy, math, science, and the arts. Our curriculum encourages exploration, imagination, and problem-solving, ensuring children build the skills they need to thrive both in school and in life.

2. Complete the Enrollment Forms

We’ll provide all the necessary forms, including emergency contact, medical release, and consent forms.

  • Forms can be picked up in person or emailed directly to you.

3. Submit Required Documents

Provide the following:

  • Completed enrollment forms
  • Up-to-date immunization records
  • Any medical care plans your child may need

4. Pay the Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee secures your child’s spot.

  • We’ll share the fee amount and payment options during the enrollment process.

5. Attend Orientation and Meet the Teacher

Before your child’s first day, join us for a brief orientation to:

  • Review important policies and procedures.
  • Meet the teachers and tour your child’s classroom to ensure a smooth transition.
